Hello and welcome to my website! I'm Jasmine Herman and I'm a second-year student in Health care management at Howest Bruges in Belgium.

For the Cross cultural communication course, I have to discuss different aspects of my culture using the Hofstede model, my subcultures and Belgian stereotypes. During this process, I learned a lot about my own culture and found that it is sometimes more difficult to discuss your own culture than someone else's culture.
